We conducted a beneficiary verification exercise for Strengthening Livestock Sector Value Chains Project implementing by VSF Germany Burtinle in Burtinle, Garowe, and Qardho districts, involving interviews with pastoralists, milk and meat vendors, and households. The exercise aimed to ensure the accurate and transparent identification of beneficiaries for livestock-related interventions. We were engaging directly with communities, the project ensured that resources were allocated to those most in need, enhancing the effectiveness and impact of the interventions.
The verification process also provided valuable insights into the socio-economic conditions of the target communities, informing future program design and implementation. This exercise demonstrated our commitment to transparency, accountability, and community engagement.
